2010 Challenges
A Tournament of Reading
The Medieval Bookworm is hosting A Tournament of Reading which begins January 1, 2010 and runs till December 31, 2010. The rules — challenge genres include history, medieval literature, and historical fiction. I’m signed up for the Lord level which is 6 medieval books, at least one of each kind. Below is my proposed list of reading for this challenge but it’s not written in stone and just might change. The Medieval Bookworm has a great list on her challenge page if you need some ideas. I found a few there myself.

Historical Fiction Reading Challenge
I love historical fiction and it does make up a good portion of my reading each year. Joining this challenge is a bit of a no-brainer for me but I’m still excited. I have a few books that I’m going to hold off reading too just for this challenge which starts January 1, 2010 and runs through December 2010. I’m for 20 books which is the obsessed level. Arthurian Challenge 2009 – 2010
